Rates and Policies
All below policies are strictly enforced, no exceptions. All pick up and drop offs are on a scheduled basis to afford all guests equal treatment and to keep all dogs safe.
Boarding guests (Dog Boarding; overnight):
$35 first dog, $25 each additional house members per day.
Full Day guests (Daycare; full day 6-12 hrs):
$25 first dog, $5 off additional house members.
Half Day guests (Daycare; half day under 6 hrs):
$20 first dog, $5 off additional house members.
Full Day (6 to 12 hours) and Overnight services:
Up to two meals (we supply the sterilized dishes, you supply the food). Included at no additional charge: individual pamper time, outdoor time for potty trips and exercise (as needed, not just three times a day), play time inside and out, medicines given as needed, fresh bedding warm from the dryer daily, and 24 hour a day care.
Half Day (up to 6 hours, Doggy Daycare) :
All half day dogs receive the above standard services with the exception of one meal instead of two.
Spay/Neuter not required:
Your pet is not required to be spayed or neutered to stay here. Many of us prefer our animals whole and we understand that and the health benefits of being whole. However, females that are currently in season do have an additional $10 per day fee and must be pre-approved so we can get a safe area set up prior to arrival.
Coming and going:
All pets must be brought in on a leash or crate and remain that way until they are past the dog safe barrier (this is for everyone's safety). When leaving all pets must be put on a leash before exiting the dog barrier.
Drop off/pick ups are by appointment only:
Doors will be locked except during scheduled drop off/pick up times to keep all pets safe and secure, we do not accept walk ins.
Professional, insured carers make sure your dog has a vacation as great as yours!
Rates apply to any overnight stay, check out time is Noon. After 12pm a charge of half day daycare or full day daycare depending on the time of pick up.
Regular stay cancellation Policy (Non-Holiday/Spring & Fall break):
We require $50 non-refundable deposit at booking to reserve space with the balance to be paid at pick up. 48-hour advance notice for cancellation of reservations receives credit for paid deposit to be used at a later date. Cancellations with less than 48-hour notice will be charged 50% of total boarding stay. Early pick up is up to the discretion of Indy’s Dogs’ availability and owner will be responsible for full stay fees.
Holiday/Spring/Fall Break Policy:
(Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year’s, Spring/Fall Break)
We require $100 non-refundable deposit at booking to reserve holiday/spring/fall break boarding with balance to be paid at pick up. Five (5) day advance notice for cancellation of reservation receives credit for 50% of deposit to be used at a later date. Cancellations with less than five (5) day notice will be charged 50% of total boarding stay. Early pick up is up to the discretion of Indy’s Dogs’ availability and owner will be responsible for full stay fees.
*No pick-ups/drop-offs on Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Year’s Day. Early pick up is up to the discretion of Indy’s Dogs’ availability and owner will be responsible for full stay fees. If reservation was for one night then customer must pay for that night. No show/no call will be charged 50% of the price of service scheduled.
If a vet visit is needed during the stay, we will transport your dog to your local vet. Arrange with your vet in advance. Additionally, if the need arises, we have two vet sources within 10 minutes driving time.

Saturday - Sunday
9am - 1pm / 4pm - 7pm
All drop off and pick ups must be scheduled in advance.
After hour drop off/pick ups:
All drop offs between 7:00pm and 7:00am are considered after hours and must be scheduled in advance and have a $20 after hours fee.
